About Us

We have known each other for nine years and are so lucky to have found each other. We are soul mates and are excited about filling our home with the laughter of children. We can’t wait to hear the sound of our child’s feet scampering through the house! Chris works as a welder and loves his job. He feels lucky that his job will give him the flexibility to attend all our child’s tee-ball games, or any other activities he or she may be interested in. Jaime works in the medical field and loves the feeling of helping others. She enjoys a flexible schedule that will allow her to spend afternoons visiting family with our child. Our life together is full of laughter and love, and we look forward to sharing that with our child. We can’t wait to see the smile on our child’s face the first time he or she kicks a ball or rides a bike without training wheels.

I couldn’t have asked for a better friend or soul mate to spend the rest of my life with. Chris has a great sense of humor and always puts a smile on my face. He’s notorious for sneaking up behind me while I’m cooking just to tickle me and tell me he loves me. He’s protective and always makes sure family comes first and never misses family gatherings. He is a hard worker and does his best in everything. Chris enjoys being outdoors and working on his trucks. I can picture looking out the window to find our child and Chris with grease-covered cheeks after working on the truck. I know Chris will be such a wonderful father and I can’t wait for the day to see his face light up as our child says “Daddy” for the first time.

Jaime, By Christopher

Jaime has a smile that’s amazing. Her laugh is intoxicating and you can’t help but laugh with her. It is easy to see that she is a kind, caring person that loves life. She enjoys reading, playing with our dogs, and fishing. I can see her in a rocking chair reading “I Love You” with our cat Princess curled up at her feet and our little one drifting off to sleep. She has a shy personality but likes to talk. She will be excellent at bringing laughter to our little one’s face by playing games like tickle monster. Jaime is a natural when it comes to children and with her patience, I know potty training will be easy. The best memories for Jaime will come from picnics in the park or swinging under a shady tree with our child.

Our Home

We live in the beautiful town of Monroe, North Carolina, about thirty minutes from Charlotte. We have a cozy home and will enjoy cuddling with our little one on the couch while watching a movie and eating popcorn. We love having a large backyard where our child can safely play. Our dogs, Daisy and Bella, love playing and we can’t wait to see our child running in the sprinklers with them! Princess, our cat, would love a little one to cuddle up with for an afternoon nap. We are excited to be in a great school district where carnivals are common, and we would be able to ride a ferris wheel together. We love being a short drive away from campgrounds and the zoo. We’re excited to see our child’s face light up when feeding elephants at the zoo!
