About Us

Our life together began ten years ago when we met at work. Our friendship blossomed and we married five and a half years ago. We believe that spending time together is the most important way to maintain a healthy relationship. Our marriage is based on mutual love and respect and we always make each other laugh. We know that we have found our soul mate in each other!

Our Careers and Interests

We both work in hospitals and love working with people. Rolin is a clerk in the Radiology department. Denise works three days a week as a Surgical Technician in the Operating Room. Her flexible schedule will allow her to take our child to activities like music lessons, baseball practices or gymnastics. We both have weekends off and we are looking forward to picnics at Stone Mountain Park and visiting Zoo Atlanta. We both love to travel and enjoy any activity involving animals. We have gone horseback riding on the beach and in the mountains and we have visited a bird and turtle sanctuary in Florida. We are looking forward to the day our child feeds a horse for the first time! We also visited a wildcat rescue in Tampa and were able to feed the lions. Denise has been able to swim with dolphins and can’t wait to teach our child about their playful nature. We believe that teaching a child to love and respect animals are good starts in teaching them to love and respect people. Denise loves crafts and Cross-stitching and she has already started making a Christmas stocking that our child will hang on the mantel every year. Rolin loves baseball, football and working in the yard. He is looking forward to taking our child to baseball games and teaching him or her about plants and trees.

Our Home and Community

We live in Marietta, Georgia, which is a suburb of Atlanta. We love living across the street from our local elementary school and listening to the neighborhood kids laughing and playing outside. We have a fenced in backyard and a spacious side yard, which is great for playing tag and catch. We also share our home with our two wonderful cats Dillon and Breezy. They are very cuddly and love children. Our neighborhood has a great pool that all of the neighborhood kids enjoy during the summer. We can’t wait to teach our child to swim and play games in the pool. Marietta is close to lots of attractions such as the Georgia Aquarium, Six Flags Over Georgia and the Fernbank Museum. We can’t wait to see our child’s face when he or she sees a Whale Shark for the first time!

Denise by Rolin

Denise is a loving and caring person. She loves to take care of our nieces and nephew and is very nurturing with them. They love to come over and play board games and go swimming with their Aunt Denise. I love to see the joy in her face every time they come to visit. Denise can’t wait to be a mother and I know she will be a wonderful Mom!
