Our sincere admiration for your strength and courage is one that will continue as you travel on this journey. No place Like Home

We make our home in Phoenix, Arizona nestled in the Sonoran Foothills. Our neighborhood comes complete with many child amenities to ensure children of all ages have safe recreational fun within easy reach! The parks and hiking trail are a much beloved favorite where families often gather. There are also basketball & volleyball courts, and a jungle gym. A community center houses a swimming pool and splash pad. The center offers a number of programs including toddler swimming lessons and holiday themed events such as the Easter Egg Hunt and Santa Sightings (complete with snow!). We truly enjoy the great outdoors that living in Arizona affords us! Our community lifestyle provides us with a number of opportunities to engage in nature. Our favorite activities include the hiking/biking trails, parks and archery range. We enjoy inviting our family and friends over for a game of pool, a courtyard barbecue and swimming! Faith is an important part of our lives. We are members of Vineyard, non-denominational church.

Family and Fun

We have many close family members who live in Pennsylvania. So it is quite the 'norm' to exchange several emails and/or phone calls a day. The modern conveniences of technology have enabled our lives to remain fully engaged and connected to the every day affairs of our siblings. We maintain a very close relationship as family is an integral part of our lives. It has been joked that our family talks with one another more than families who live in the same city! We treasure our family and realize that our connection speaks of our commitment to each other and the value we each hold in our hearts for family. We are truly blessed to have such a close family who supports us and looks forward to welcoming a new baby through open adoption.

A Lifetime Together

We met through a mutual friend and have fallen deeper in love every day since. We have just celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary. Our strong marriage is based on the deep love and mutual respect of each other. Bob's career is well established as a Senior Computer Analyst and Lisa has served as a professional Nanny for the past 15 years. We long to welcome a child into our hearts and become parents. For Lisa, this will be a wonderful privilege of fulfilling her lifetime dream of being a STAY-AT-HOME MOM! We both look forward to the joys of parenthood: family vacations, baking cookies & playing board games...going on nature walks...bath time, bedtime, story time...creating scrapbooks of wonderful memories...being there for one another...growing in our lives, our family and our love!
